"We had a horrible stay. During the night after getting bitten a few times, we found bed bugs in bed. Have a video of them. We left shortly after and mentioned it to the front desk. Very rude, almost seemed as she was blaming us. Be careful if you stay there, check the beds cause God knows they don't."

"Front desk check in girl was so rude/mean/hostile. She didn’t tell us about breakfast, was eyeballing us with a mean mug and then started calling our room at 11:03 tells us we had to check out. Yes, we know that, we are. We are 3 minutes behind. Room was clean enough but the staff was very bad."

"Horrible!!! After having my family’s original reservation at another hotel was cancelled unexpectedly due to a system issue on the hotels end we decided to stay here until our original reservations issues were resolved due to it being in the middle of the night/early am (around 3am) The night front desk personal had no clue how to do anything and mis informed on what door to use and then watched us stand at the door she advised us to use not be able to get in due to an issue with the keys she issued after 45 mins of getting the right key for us we were finally able to get into our rooms. Once in the rooms the condition was absolutely horrible (stand sheets, con webs in the corner, hair on the floor in the bathroom and smelly) we couldn’t even sleep with the bedding(luckily we travel with our own) due to exhaustion me and my spouse did not have the energy to even complain since the whole key ordeal took so long to fix and was advised already to wait until the next morning to speak to the manger about our original concerns with the keys and adding our rewards account. The next morning the morning front desk representative/ breakfast representative was extremely rude; not helpful as well and due to wanting breakfast to end before the advertised time (9:00am) removed all the breakfast items while we were getting breakfast and then would even hand us a carton of milk for the cereal we prepared as she was putting the breakfast items away at 8:25am. When we requested if the manager was when we were advised that they still had not arrived at check when the manager (Teddy) was finally in and while explaining the issues experienced during our stay he became extremely hostile insulted me and my spouse were liars and just looking for a free hand out and began to yell at us then after offering to show the pictures we took and requesting corporate and the regional or general manager information (which he refused to give us) and then said we threatened him and threatened to call the police because we made he feel unsafe when he was the one who started being hostile with us! I have never in my life experienced something like this! Beyond disgusted with this place! To top it all off me and my whole family got bitten up from something in the room we don’t believe it’s bed bugs due to us cheating and removing the bedding but something definitely got us all! Also after checking out the hotel the attempted to run my card for two more additional days! Do Not Give Them any service! They need to be shut down!"

"This place is hostile service. We had a engine trouble on our way to visit family for Thanksgiving. We had small children with us and considered to find a place to stay the night sonce the car engine was in bad condition and shouldn’t move another inch. Asking politely, but they would absolutely not let us use the bathroom nor sit in their chairs and we quickly decided to rent a car at the airport to get away from this place. The tow truck was on its way but the lady tried to intimidate us saying the manager had given us 10 minutes before they called the police. I’m here visiting from Norway with my wife and two kids that are 4 and 6 so this really confirm the hostile attitude some people have here. I have never experienced anything like it in any other country."

"House keeping had not removed food from fridge of previous guest. They let me still a little past checkout which was nice of them."
