Tru by Hilton Auburn 303 Peckhart Court, Auburn, IN 46706

"Room was clean but very very small, not even average size. No microwave or coffee maker. Barley any snacks. Breakfast trash. Pancake maker was out of service. First night there didn't have any towels. Room had dirty towel left in it by previous guest. No pool even though the website states it does. Washing machine trash. Attempted to wash clothes. Little to no water came out while washing. Call the number on front of washer for refund. Took over an hour then they stated they had to mail me a check that will take 7-10 business days. Please do a tour before booking. Checked out a day early. Terrible experience."

"This is an awesome hotel. I enjoyed the pool table they have there. The room was very clean and the service was excellent. I will definitely stay again."

"I’m so disappointed and angry with Tru Auborn, IN. My daughter is coming home for the weekend from college and pulled over in this area due to the awful weather. I called Tru to see if I could get her a room. She is 20 and you need to be 21 to get a room. I totally understand there are rules…. But it is a BLIZZARD out there tonight and they refused to giver her a room I called to pay for it over the phone and was told no."

"I was totally surprised at our room. Not designed for families as there is no storage for clothes such as underwater and socks. No closet, only a metal bar on the wall with a few hangers. One bed was so close to the wall that it was difficult to enter. The room was extremely small compared to other Hilton properties. The shower leaked water onto the floor. Employees were friendly and accommodating. However, since we travel with family, we will not stay at another Tru Hotel."

"Treated like family from the second we walked in the door! Front desk showed us to hot cocoa for the kids and coffee for us! We were given complimentary snacks as well! We are frequent stayers in Auburn, and will be back everytime!"
