"If I could give negative stats this place would get 5. When I checked in the first room they put me in was nasty and the heat didn't work so I got moved to another room and it was dirtier than the first one. I definitely don't recommend this place at all"

"I am so disappointed I barely got sleep and there was bed bugs. The first room had mold on the rug and it was growing mold like fuzzy mold at that, the second room had bed bugs in it which I have pictures of what it did to my body, third room the beds are wet I am so unsatisfied."

"I chose this location because of the indoor pool, the heater was not working, water ice cold. We were told we could go to the hotel next door and swim, that's great but that heater wasn't working either. Our room was not clean. Breakfast was pretty good. Fire alarm went off multiple times at 6am. Elevator stopped working supposedly due to the fire alarm, was never fixed before we checked out. Was told it would be fixed by 830. It was very difficult to carry all our stuff down the stairs"

"I'm really picky about hotels, so I should have known better than to have my husband talk me into staying here after reading the reviews. The lady we dealt with was super nice and the beds were really comfortable. Those were the only positives. We had to switch rooms as soon as we got there because the heat/ac wasn't working in our original room. They were remodeling the lobby, so to get breakfast we had to walk to the hotel next door. The pool was broken and had just gotten fixed, so it was ice cold. Our shower had long, dark hairs in it. The shower made an obnoxiously loud whistling sound when it was on. With so many other options in the area, I wouldn't stay here again."
