"First time here, rooms didnt smell, clean, beds comfy, little frig with little sink, microwave, very nice. Would stay again"

"Absolutely horrible experience. we stayed there in December. the night clerk wouldn't honor the rate that was on the choice hotel website. the only doors that were working were the front doors. You couldn't enter or go out any of the other doors. They were locked. even during the day. When we were checking out. the hotel was dingy. The pool area was filthy. The hallway leading to the rooms on the ground floor were extremely dirty Carpet. when we entered the room. It was about 80° in there and the AC wouldn't stay on more than 30 seconds. the continental breakfast was about 20% full. As what it should have. they only had biscuits in a warming drawer and gravy Where the oatmeal might be. There was no water. There was no coffee. they only had Orange juice in a pitcher. no bagels, no toast. No muffins, no oatmeal. This was at 645am in the morning during the week"

"We made reservation for the family suite which had two rooms. Was very disappointed to find that there was no door on the bedroom attached and no place to put your suit case accept on the floor. Also, was excepting two bathrooms. Next time will book 2 rooms for more private."

"Check-in was easy and friendly, ice machine and guest laundry are conveniently located, lobby, our bed is extremely comfortable and the room and bathroom very clean. Cute breakfast room and lobby and very clean. There is a fun balcony on the second floor where you can look out over the lobby. Good parking."

"One of the best choice hotels I have stayed at. Nice, clean, showers even have good pressure. Sn---- zero semi parking, had to park a few blocks away... Even tho i called an they told me there was space....... Or would be 5 stars"
