"The matainace people are criminals. They brake into the apartments. They harass tenants, lie, and steal. They are drug addicts. Fire them and hire all new people. Complete backround checks on them. The women whom live here act like a gang. They smoke and sell meth out of their apartments. Do not attempt to live here. They only use their positions to ruin people."
