"went here to purchase a molly fish. very depressing atmosphere with multiple dead fish in almost every tank which is going to make every other fish in the tanks sick. paper for the plants inside of the tanks just laying there. dirty tanks, rust or something inside of one of the tanks. 9 birds stuffed inside of one cage while they have plenty of floor space. this is disgusting. will not be buying any living animal from this store ever again. one of the associates was doing something with crickets and let half of them just go out of the bag into the store. floors are dirty, birds are depressed and over priced for the care they’re getting. back of the store is also stuffed with animals because they bring too many in at a time and can’t get them adopted. no employee knows anything about the products and or animals they’re selling. fix it or close down. this is not okay, especially for a store that hasn’t been open that long. do better."

"I love going here to pick up fish supplies. It's limited but they have live plants and snails, shrimp, and I think I even saw some loaches. Great place will be back for my current tank in progress."

"I think it’s great auburn has its own pet store! However the pets they do have are not getting properly taking care of! The fish tanks were NASTY! The bird cages were very dirty as well! Especially for a bird that’s $899.99!!!! They did not know how to properly handle the animals either. Please educate staff better and please keep those pets environments in better conditions!"
