"Got order wrong. Took 30 minutes to make two drinks. Manager was acting as cashier and barely knew how to use register, and also wasn't informing new customers of the wait. Also, couldn't hear names being called when orders were done, because they wouldn't say the name or would barely whisper it."

"When it's good it's good. When it's bad it's bad. Considering their sloppy hours, poor employee record, poor management of some sort, clearly? Their constant not having items in stock, their advertisement of drive thru only, and still close. I hope new management, or ownership takes place soon! I've wasted so much time and money just driving there, to find they're closed, it's worth going anywhere else. Sadly. So much potential there! Try: Iced chai latte. Light ice. Oat milk. 2 pumps brown sugar. Add brown sugar cold foam. IF you catch em open, the staff that comes to work is great! The products in stock are good. But good luck for consistency past noon! If at all!"

"One of the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. It’s dirty most of the time, always out of stock on staple items, and hours change what seem like on a daily basis. The store has temporary hours, but still will close earlier. There are always confused customers driving up or checking the door. I love me some Starbucks but this one is often a waste of time."

"My fiancé and I occasionally deliver through door dash and were very displeased with the service today. The employees in the pictures I’ve provided, closed the store 30 minutes early when they still had orders to be made. Also would not acknowledge that there were customers waiting outside."

"I'd have to say that this Starbucks is one of the best ones that I've been to. 1. Service is quick. 2. Service is friendly 3. Nice seating options. 4. PLUGS for electronics! EDIT: 10/19-Staying again nearby and spent several hours over 2 days doing work at this Starbucks. Staff is exceptional. Every single one of them was friendly. You can tell many of them have been there for awhile as they recognized regulars and even greeted a few by name. Areas were kept clean. In fact this probably the cleanest Starbucks that I've been to. It looks like it's due for a remodel. Hopefully it won't be transformed into a sterile environment. Thanks all for your hospitality!"
