"I actually couldn’t tell you how the food was, I didn’t get any. Order placed at 1:20, suggested pickup was 1:26. I pulled out at 2:32 with no food. The service there is non existent. Do yourself a favor and never go to this place. Now I have to figure out how to get a refund. The. Absolute. Worst."

"This is under new owners. They don't buy enough food, always running out. They are charging extra for pickles.LOL. They make a cheeseburger with the cheese on the bottom of the burger, it doesn't melt like that! I'll be down the road."

"This was my go to. Recently they were short staffed (2) I know this isn't their fault. I had to wait 10 mins to place my order, which then almost completely changed because they were out of so many things. (i e. Marinara sauce, twisted pretzels, jalapenos, and many others) Again, not their fault. But when I get to the window and have to wait a significant amount of time longer because only 1 employee is preparing my order, while the other stands there with his hands behind his back laughing and carrying on...... Then I was a little upset. Shame on the guy doing nothing and hats off to you ma'am. Making it all happen. She needs a raise for handling it the way she did and he needs to find something he can apply himself to."

"Drive thru only but no big deal. No one was in line and still sat at the speaker for 5 minutes before I could order. Food was semi warm. Fries were old and soggy. Same issues the past few times I've been here but chalked it up to ordering during a busy period with short staffed. Obviously not this time, other issues are at hand."
