Bob Evans

"Always have a good meal at Bob Evans but not at the Massillon location. The dining room was cold. Their landline phone is located in the middle of the dining room and it rang frequently and loudly. Our server was so rushed that he messed up part of our order and what was brought correctly was served to the wrong diner at the table. We had to bite into our food to sort it out. That's understandable as I think they were short handed. The food was subpar. The fruit was old and wilted. All of the food was undercooked. The toast had butter on it that had separated and was oily. I was very disappointed. It appeared to me as if it was a managerial problem. I will always come back to Bob Evans but just not this location."

"Store needs up grades for sure. Van our server was very polite. Food got messed up. Got the honey butter chicken. Was a bit extra crispy and I like crispy. Pot roast bowl was good when we got the right one. Got a gift card for Christmas."

"I went yesterday and got my usual, chicken tenders and my boyfriend got a burger. The waitress was a sweet heart as I noticed she was the only one running around doing her job. I explained to her that our food was under cooked and my tenders were breast and they were burnt. She got the manager and they paid for our meal. But this morning woke up to having food poisoning. Makes me sad because that one of my favorite places to go. My opinion is they need better cooks that show their love in food."

"My family (party of 5) walked into this Bob Evans (that closes at 9pm) at 640pm following the downtown parade. There were only 2 other tables seated. Despite this it took more than 10 minutes to be seated. We were hungry and ordered food and drinks at the same time. It was 40 minutes before anyone checked on us and realized the order was never placed because, as our waiter explained, he was "busy running around." By this point there were only 2 others in the restaurant who had already ordered, eaten, and paid for their food. Our order was finally placed and we finally got our food at 745. More than an hour after walking through the doors. Every single staff member was lounging around in pajamas. Yes, pajamas. While we were still waiting for our food the Bob Evans staff had 5 pizzas delivered. Our waiter, upon giving us our food, apologized to my 4-year-old and went to the pajama pizza party in the dining room. No one checked on us again. We had to track someone down to get takeout boxes and water. We finally paid the check at 815 and stated we were unhappy. The checkout clerk said nothing. Extremely unhappy."

"Dropped by for lunch. Our food took some time, but it was hot and tasty. Our waitress was overworked, but she remained pleasant and attentive."
