"After a busy holiday and lots of cooking, I opted for pizza tonight and ordered from YP. I ordered a small cheese and a small gourmet. When the pizza arrived, I received 2 small cheese. When I called to let them know, the gal who answered the phone was amazing, courteous and went the extra mile to make it right. My new pizza was delivered hot, fresh and in record time! The driver apologized sincerely for the mistake too! The pizza was delicious and the service was impeccable!!! Mistakes happen. What counts is how you handle them. They knocked it out of the park tonight!"
"Whoever the lady is that answers the phone acts as if you're asking to borrow some money or something. She's always rude and judging by the other reviews on here I can see that this is a "thing" with her. I hate to have to leave anything less than a five-star review because I understand everybody has a bad day but this is not the first time. She's seems irritated as hell throughout the whole call and as soon as she's done processing the payment information she's always like "it'll be there in an hour" CLICK!!! immediately then hangs up. My kids love the food and so do I but she really makes me not want to ever call there and order again."
"This is an edited review. Mistakes happen and the MGR contacted me directly. My review was not based on the food taste but on the quality. Since getting great customer reaction from this company, I will change my review to 5 STAR. I myself work in customer service and appreciate the opportunity to make things right.
