"We went for some breakfast. Boyfriend ordered sausage, eggs, pancakes, and hash browns. Pancakes were like cardboard and hash browns weren't done. I ordered an omelet. When I got ready to cut into the omelet, I immediately seen a piece of hair in it. My boyfriend called the waiter over, the young man apologized, went and got a female manager, she apologized and had someone remake it, by then I was OVER it! She said she wouldn't charge my boyfriend for that omelet BUT I know his bill shouldn't have been $33 for his breakfast meal and 2 cups of coffee. I will never visit this place again. HORRIBLE FOOD, SERVICE, AND MANAGEMENT!"
"I had an online order to pick up and was far from impressed by service in the restraunt. The lady behind the counter certainly didn't have a friendly attitude. Sorry but if you're having a bad day then you need to clock out and go home instead of showing that mood to random strangers. My order was also nearly 20 minutes past ready time and I was not kept informed of order status or given an updated ETA by anyone. I'm a truck driver and every second of my time is crucial so I must be kept informed of any delays and that's proper customer service. Definitely some improvements and training needs to be done here."

"Food was good. Cup of fruit was sadly only honeydew and grapes. Everyone was friendly enough. Carpet under our table was a completely littered with chunks of food from previous patrons. I assume they don't have enough staff to keep it clean, but it was really quite gross. The waitress was very efficient. Annoyingly so to be honest. Again, I assume it's because they are short staffed. She brought our check half way through our meal. The kids had barely even started eating, and here appears our waitress asking if we need to-go boxes, anxious to hand us the check. I'm sure she had a neverending list of things to do and people to wait on. It would just be nice to actually eat our food before being rushed to leave."
