"I asked for extra Carmel, gladly paid for it. And she GAVE me extra carmel. She was nice about it, and handed it to me with care. Her smile swept me off my feet, and the Carmel dipped me into heaven. I'm so thankful for you guys. Genuinely god bless."

"We stopped by at night, probably 930ish. All the chairs were up even though they didn't close until 11 (I think). They were nice and told us to go ahead and drop chairs down so we could eat. Should they have done that? Probably so, but that's ok. The food was ...... McDonald's. I have no problems to report."

"Stopped in to grab the kids food before I got to the house because was getting late. I ordered 6 double cheeseburgers specials with the fries and a 6 piece Nugget and fries to get all the way to my house. There's no nuggets. try to call the store 6 times and no one answers the phone. It's just ridiculous and this is why I rarely go to fast food restaurants."

"Ordered a quarter pounder NO CHEESE on onion. Had to wait for “special order “. Once I got home box had sticker that clearly said no cheese. Once I opened box discovered slices of cheese! When I called I was going to have to return sandwich or receipt. Does no body care how they do their job? How hard can it be to NOT add a topping"

"While the store is modern and clean, and the food was hot, I ran into outright hostility from the shift manager when trying to obtain a paper receipt for my purchase. I ordered at an inside kiosk, and the machine printed a completely blank receipt. An off duty employee volunteered to help (which I greatly appreciated), but she couldn't reproduce it. She summoned a visibly irritated shift manager, who told me that kiosk receipts can't be reprinted. I insisted I needed one (expense reports require it), but she insisted I was out of luck. I stood my ground and reiterated why I required the receipt. Her solution was to create a fake receipt with a bunch of $0 charges to make me go away. (I didn't realize it was all $0 until I left the store. This did me no good on my expense report.) No worries for the store. They won't need my future business."
