"5 people took my order, including AI, I really appreciate customer service, but come on why do I need to talk to 5 people plus AI just to order 5 items. Having to much customer service is just as bad as having none."

"Terrible management. The drive thru was busy so I went inside, ordered a 20 piece nugget and 2 flavored coffees. The inside was not busy. after 15 minutes of waiting I watch as 4 people, including the manager stand around talking. At this point I ask for a refund and leave! I will say avoid this place but millions will still go!"
