"I hate having to write this review, but Great Wall is not what it used to be…by a long shot. The last several times I have ordered from them, it’s consistently terrible. I have ordered 3 different things and it’s still bad…I have ordered from them for over 15 years, but I’m officially done. It’s a total waste of money. I know people are frustrated because they haven’t opened the buffet back up, but personally, I think it would make zero difference if they did. The food would still be terrible. They are nice on the phone and when you pick up, but I can’t justify the money."

"Lobby closed . Building needs updated badly . I would not eat inside . But picking up your food is good . $20 for a meal for 1 person. Also my fried rice is white rice with soybean oil mixed in it to make it yellow . No egg/veggie/onion to make fried rice. Crab rangoons need more crab meat also ."

"IF YOU'RE NOT A BUFFET, THEN DONT ADVERTISE IT ONLINE!!!!! And if it's as simple as a discrepancy, then do not be rude when a family comes in asking if the buffet is open. Walking in with my children, the first thing my son said was he felt nervous because it felt like we were walking into a haunted house there was even a mad falling asleep setting up at one of the tables! Absolutely would not recommend, and I only put 2 stars on the food because we left without actually trying. Maybe they're good for take-out. .....? Not sure, my family however will not ever return to this location!!!"

"Nothing special here. Stopped for lunch on 8/26823 while in the area. Both the MooGoo and Cashew Chicken were on the dry side. You could see where sauce was added, but it had all absorbed into the ingredients. Did not get to choose from steamed or fried rice, and the lunch special did not come with a choice of soup or egg roll. The flavor profile was okay, nothing special stands out. There were very large chunks of celery in the Cashew Chicken making the entree off balanced. We dined in, very dark and unwelcoming. Color palette looks to be from the late Eighties. I will not be going out of my way to eat here again if I am back in the area."
