"It was time for a prescription to be refilled. I called. Had it refilled told me it would be ready in 90 minutes so I go to pick it up after waiting 25 minutes in line without even being acknowledged through the car line. Then come back to tell me that it's too early and that I cannot have it. I got to wait till tomorrow. Well that is a total lie. It was going through my insurance and they should have gave me my medication so therefore I went to the other Walgreens and I asked for my medication refill and I got it with no problem This pharmacist this pharmacy is horrible and very very judgmental about people's medications that they are on. They are judging their patients and their customers i spoke with the store manager and he acknowledged it. I asked him why I can't have it filled if it's going through on my insurance they had no answer for me. All it was was at the pharmacist said it was 2 days and it's 3 days. I can pick it up early because it's in 28 day prescription so end of story I would not use this pharmacy for nothing. I went right to the other Walgreens and picked my anxiety medication up like I was supposed to. This is horrible and sad and I hope nobody else has to go through it . So I went back and I spoke with the store manager and let him know that I just picked my prescription up from another store after your pharmacist denied my medicationm"

"Tried to get vaccines at 3:30 on a Tuesday. No waiting but more than a half hour later they couldn't get it in the computer. Came home and scheduled an appointment for 8:45 Wednesday. Showed up on time but after 45 minutes I still hadn't received my shots. Pharmacist talked nonstop during my wait instead of vaccinating me. Terrible service."

"I’ve had several issues here but overall they take good care of their customers. You can expect some delays with certain medications but it’s out of their control. Almost every staff member in both the retail and pharmacy are very helpful and nice. The only major issue I’ve had was recently, but after addressing my concerns it was promptly fixed the next day and I even had follow up calls to ensure I was taken care of. All things considered it’s one of the best pharmacies in the area. They work hard and are open practically 24/7 to fully support customers. Would recommend"
