"I don't care for this location. The cashier lied to me about my credit card application. The store wasn't organized right."

"Prior to entering the store we noticed there were two signs in the store that said 40% off on everything. Limited time. So we entered and picked up a few shirts and some new clothes for our son. When I asked an associate about it, I was told I was wrong. I said to her that there was no mention of an old navy credit card on the sign, she kept saying how wrong I was with an attitude. I can’t tell you her name because she didn’t have a name tag on. So she finally got some lady to check, and when she checked she said oh no these are the wrong signs. I was relieved, because I thought I was loosing it. While talking to her she snapped at me and said why is your face like that!?? I was shocked and explained that I was about to have surgery and I honestly thought my mind was going. She said she’d honor it this time. So I went to check out and the same girl I had asked was checking me out. I asked her if she had spoken to the lady who checked the sign and she snapped at me said no. I asked her to find her because she said she would honor the 40%. All I got was total attitude and rudeness! Is this how customers get treated?? I wasn’t the one who put the signs up! We would of purchased a lot more but we wanted to get out of the store because we were made to feel like we did something wrong and did not feel welcomed!"

"Wow! We found some great deals today! I got a pair of jeans for $6.41 !! My hubby has a small waist...so finding jeans is usually a chore. Not here! A wide array of sizes! He found 3 pair of jeans! Big score!!! Friendly, helpful staff too! We both had fun!"

"I love this Old Navy in Austin Landing, they have some really nice things. They also have great sales then the Old Navy Cash is a plus. It always keeps you coming back for more. I love shopping for my granddaughters here. I always find great things for them and as always at a great price as well. The store seems to stay pretty clean, organized and the workers all seem to be very friendly. I'd recommend them to anyone and everyone.."

"Loved it here! Best customer service I have ever received! They had good options for my needs in clearance that I loved. (I need maternity clothes) I bought about 5 things and none were over $9. We bought a couple packages of face Masks as well. I always get my Masks here. They are breathable, adjustable, and fit all the guidelines. They are cute, and comfy. Also many packs are unisex, so perfect for my husband and I. We will definitely visit this location more often. The people there were beyond welcoming, and we had a great experience. (Also, this is rare, but there was NO LINE! That never happens! Check out was so fast) I have only shipped at old navy a couple times, but I am sold. Definitely will be returning."
