CVS Pharmacy

"I went to CVS to pick up my prescription after seeing a doctor this evening. When I was told it would be 30-40 minutes at 7:00 I said I’d come back before they closed. The night got busy and I have two young children. Needless to say I didn’t get back to CVS until just before close, getting in the drive thru line at 8:59 on the dot. There was one car in front of me, but I assumed they would still help me because I made it in line in time and they could clearly see my car was there waiting due to the mirrors they have in place for this. When it was my turn, I pulled up and was told they were closed. I replied, I understand but I was here before 9, in line waiting. The cashier told me again they were closed and I’d have to come back so I asked to speak to the manager. The pharmacist, Negra I believe she said her name was, came to the window and proceeded to again say they were closed, I’d have to come back tomorrow and hung up the phone at the window on me, barely giving me a chance to speak. I drove around front and walked in the store. As I was walking I saw said pharmacist in line buying herself a snack. I told her it wasn’t right to deny a customer, that I’ve had a migraine for 3 days, have two young children at home and made it to the store in time. Her answer was, 9 is 9. Well Negra, that would be fine if it was in fact 9, but it wasn’t. I am beyond angry at this point and due to her lack of compassion and ability to do her job, I will now go another night suffering. It is a sad world we live in when someone with whom you think would go into a career like a pharmacist goes into it to help people very obviously was only interested in making sure she’s able to “clock out” at the exact time she’s allowed to leave. While the rest of us have jobs like teachers (me) whose job continues 24-7, 365 days a year thinking about the kids lives I’m trying to help and make better. Where did compassion for human kind go? Shame on you CVS pharmacy for hiring employees who are only interested in number one and don’t have any care or concern for the customers who come to them for medication that affects their lives and livelihood. Thanks to you Negra, I will now probably have to take tomorrow off in order to get my medications to be able to function and rid myself of this migraine and ear infection."

"Im not sure what is going on at this store but the service continues to go down hill. Frequently do not have prescritions that are called in, take sometimes days to fill a prescription, poor communication, rude staff. I really liked this store but am going to start going to walgreens."

"They screwed more prescription up then I can talk about sending requests to the wrong Dr say that a prescription has been recalled and when you call the Dr they don't know what your talking about. Find another pharmacy!!!!"

"Staff is usually friendly and helpful with any questions regarding to my daughter and l medications. The CVS App has improved on their coupons and deals."
