"I got here on time. Had a conversation with the employee manding the front desk I was asked to pull up my insurance information. While doing so. The Front desk said I was currently 5 mins late even though the five minutes she was referring to was for the time I had been speaking with her. She asked me if I wanted to reschedule. I said but I'm here on time, how am I late when I've been standing here talking to you she repeated herself. I asked if I had a choice she said you don't have to reschedule. I asked about the grace period which is 5 minutes. She ignored me and stared there was a 1om available.i called customer service and they said the grace period is optional ."

"I registered at the clinic. Wait was listed as 2 hours and 51 minutes. I waited 15 minutes for them to come back from lunch. I walked up the counter. I asked if the wait was really 3 hours. She said I can see you in 45 minutes. She told me I had to wait in my car because I was sick? Soooo this is a clinic for sick people but you can't sit in their waiting room. She said we are also a grocery store? So why is your clinic in a grocery store if sick people can't wait in your waiting room? Peace out. Never going there again."

"They were quick, and nice. They listened to my concerns checked me out and explained what they were doing and got me the antibiotics and cough medicine I needed. I was in and out long enough for my hour lunch break at work, grabbed some lunch and left. Thank you ! Update: I went in today with a swollen throat for a strep test. These girls always listen to me and my symptoms and get me the help I need. I am so grateful for this little clinic!"

"UPDATE: Theresa and her nurse were awful. Somehow the app for Little Clinic puts Biometric screenings under the pharmacy? Little Clinic nurse rudely tells me I'll have to wait 1 hour and 45 minutes as a walk in because it put it under the pharmacy. When I went to guest services to discuss the app, the nurse comes out to take my papers from me, and when I explained that If it was going to take a while, I would just hold onto them... she gave me a look and said, "if I'm getting your room ready, I'm ready for them." I saw the door cracked as she was yelling and pointing about me to the doctor and then the doctor was rude to me without any prior interacting with me. Just based on the nurses words. As someone in service, it's getting ridiculous to work with this clinic. My only poor reactions with The Little Clinic have been at the Miamisburg locations. Won't ever go here again and WILL pass by word of mouth. Prior experience: I was late to my appointment by 8 minutes (my fault), and when I got in to check in I didn't understand why it was saying it was canceled. Things happen. Instead of politely explaining that after 5 minutes they cancel an appointment and would be happy to accept me as a walk in, Rob very rudely scoffed and said, "uh yea, I canceled that after 5 minutes of your not showing up. You'll have to try and sign in as a walk in and we'll see if we can get to you. " I have been to many Little Clinics, but that was definitely one of the ruder experiences. I chose this location because we like shopping at this one, but I won't come here again with that attitude. I'll update how the doctor is when I'm finally hopefully seen. UPDATE: Rob was nicer when he accepted me in at 10:05. Which was only 25 minutes past my original appointment time. And only alittle over15 minutes past my arrival time. I'm unsure as to why the demeanor changed, but appreciative of it."

"I had not been to the new store Miamisburg. Parking was extremely limited & far from entrance, To the point they have valet parking. I told the girl I was late because of parking. She was very rude & said " Not 14 minutes of bad parking". Besides I canceled your appointment at 5 minutes late because of our policy. I have used Little Clinic for a long time & have highly recommended them but I will not Miamisburg!"
