"It was ok. I was looking for items to make candles. You would think it would be with the candles no. The staff on the floor doesn't speak or ask if can l help you. As l was leaving the lady at the cash register, l did ask her where the candle making kit was. She did give me the information. On the next isle over to the right. It was a bit much in this store, to say the least. I'm trying to understand why the staff of a company is something free speaking. No one has common courtesy, and it must not be part of Michael standards."

"I had an incident occur at this store that will cause me to never spend money in there again. I stopped in after I got off work last night. I'm aware that they close at 9pm, I arrived at 8:45 just to run in and out for a single item (a piece of velveteen cloth to line the bottom of a jewelry box with). I didn't see the item I was looking for and grabbed a square of felt as a backup. I started heading to the front of the store when the manager saw me. I'm assuming she must not have seen me come in because I heard her say to her coworker "are you kidding me, what is she doing in here?" The time was now 8:48pm. I work in retail myself, so I understand that when it's close to closing time you're ready to go. But I thought her comment was uncalled for. She approached me and asked me what I was looking for in a very rude tone. I told her I was looking for fabric to line the bottom of a jewelry box with, she gestured to the felt I had grabbed and said "it's in you're hand". So rude. I told her I was looking for more of a velvety textured fabric and she rolled her eyes at me and said "felt, you're supposed to use felt. We don't carry fabric here, you need to go to Joanne's". This woman needs to learn how to be more courteous in my opinion. I purchased my item and was out of the store by 8:51pm. I was not holding anyone there past closing time. Very rude behavior, and from the person thats supposed to be the manager? Wow, what a class act. I didn't deserve that kind of treatment, and I will never be shopping here again, especially with Hobby Lobby and Joanne's right around the corner. Not to mention that the store looked dirty and disorganized, what ever happened to taking pride in your work?"

"I bought awesome Christmas presents for my mom to give to nursing home staff. She and the staff liked them: neat little straw animals (owl, rabbit, fox, deer, bear, etc)."

"Very nice staff. Very helpful and friendly. The pickup process was a little unstable. But doable. It took approximately 20 minutes to pick up my order after arriving. Name was misspelled. The items hadn't been pulled yet. Then 4 out of the 5 items were not in stock. It's ok because the staff person was very kind about the whole matter. This gets my there are other places. This location is ok."
