"This Kroger is nothing but a maze of aisles going in all different directions. If you watch the customers we are all walking with our heads upward reading to see where things are! Such a cluster, so disappointing for such a big store because sometimes you don't want to walk the whole store, just grab what you need and go. Easier to do if you can find things......"

"So the family and I have always enjoyed the delicious recipe of the fresh fried chicken department at the old, and the new Kroger’s. However the experience lately has a been horrible. Staff not cooking fresh chicken because they say they close soon, which isn’t for another two hours, is not acceptable. Your store is equipped and advertises this area but yet it’s not up to par. I went for chicken tenders for dinner tonight but instead all they had “fresh” baked chicken and fried chicken, no sides, no tenders. But that’s not what I had my hopes up for. If you are going to have a full blown chicken area with sides and all the options, all the sides and options should be available until that departments closing time. All I saw was two younger ladies chatting back n forth, meanwhile the tenders and the sides were not available."

"I like the new krogers and all but they need to check the products and shelf date !! I bought a Starbucks drink a few days ago it was “expired” by July of course I called and told them they said I could bring it back and get a new one but I didn’t care about that I cared that there were still some on the shelf with the same experation date . Anyways I drank it almost got down to the end felt chunks threw it out. Today I go in to grab some water and thought I should check to see if they did take the others off the shelf and they were still there!!!!! That can really get someone very sick and upsets me knowing that I told them and they did NOTHING about it. (Photo was when I went today to check)Thinking about maybe calling corporate I feel like this should’ve been taken care of by now since I called about this a few days ago who knows who got this and didn’t check the expiration date and drank that!"
