"Staff is super friendly and helpful. All the animals and puppies look healthy and well taken care of. When I was looking at puppies, I was asked if I had a reservation, I didn’t but I still got to meet some puppies! I’ve even been shown videos of the puppies breeders, so I know they come from good places!"
"AWFUL!!!! i bought a bunny here and it died 5 days later, then they gave me a replacement and then it died 2 days later!!! and they would not refund me and acted like it was my fault the bunny died!!! awful!!! they said that they can’t prove that i had the pellets and hay for the bunny as well as other stuff for the bunny because i didn’t buy it from petland. they are acting like petland is the only place that sells bunny stuff. i really do believe these bunnies they sell are sick. ***beware*** one of the staff members totally embarrassed me acting like i’m a animal abuser which is totally ridiculous."
