"Ray is very knowledgeable on vacuums. My inwall vacuum system was starting to fail after all the years. Ray gave me the pros and cons of fixing the unit or totally replacing it out. We discussed the $$ amounts with each choice. I also found out, and verified, my existing system was undersized for the house and they are not made anymore. Based on the information he gave me, I made the decision, to do a unit replacement. I never felt pressured on anything. This local company and owner are refreshing to deal with and one that I am happy to support."

"If you walk into a place to get your vacuum fixed, but all you get is a "used car salesman line" from the beginning to the end, that you need to replace this vacuum, but nothing about how to get our's fixed. Go away. The "man" at the place, was about as rude as I can even sum up in this review. Make the trip to Estero to talk to Larry who is not trying to sell you something, but wants to "HELP" you. If I could give 0, I would!!!!"

"I purchased a Miele vacuum from Ray a few months back and it has demonstrated to be worth every penny. After speaking with Ray it was very evident he knows his business well. I told him he reminded me of an Electrolux salesman/technician my mother dealt with in NY back in the 80’s. Turns out he was an Electrolux Sales/Technician too.
