"Awful online experience. First order they cancelled due to an error in the system, second order processed but received no notification or tracking info even though card was charged. Avoid! Update: Thank you for acknowledging my concern, however your solution to the lack of shipment tracking information was to reference an email I clearly stated I never received. Please send me the shipping infomation so I know when expect the items. Why is there no functionality on your webpage to get an order status?"

"This place is horrible, dropped off a custom rod a month ago to get a guide fixed. The repair guy ended up snapping my rod. I asked for them to please make me a new one to compensate for them having messed up mine. I had a fully custom miami vice themed rod and to make it easy on them i had even told them to just make it all black so its cheaper for them. Been over a month “still waiting on parts”. a whole month and a rod has not even started to get built. Incredibly rude the way they talk to me like if the rod snapping was my fault. I do not recommend"
