"Yuck. The gym is always dirty, machines and facilities aren't cleaned, supplies aren't restocked, and members leave weights and trash everywhere. I walked to 4 different paper towel dispensers around the gym and all were empty. It's always crowded, even late at night. I don’t like coming here because it's so busy and I can't even finish a set without being interrupted asking to jump in. Management, do better."

"Ridiculous this gym kicks you off the basketball court every Monday , Tuesday and Thursday. From 5-8pm this is all of a sudden I have been coming here and it used to be just 2 days a week they do this now out of nowhere they added Thursday as well . Thi is super disrespectful to the bunch of people that come here specially to play basketball . They rent out the court so little kids can play soccer 3 days out of the week at the busiest times where people like to play basketball . They charge you the same membership price and take away the best amenities the gym offers . Really wish management would stop this . Or change the times man no one plays basketball before noon . I came to this gym when my home town gym Shaq 24hour fitness in town and country closed after covid . They had a great basketball crowed every day . I moved to this gym to keep play and now we have to deal with this . They set up the soccer stuff in the middle of our basketball game . No concern at all for player safety having this in the middle of the court while people are running and jumping around ."

"This gym need upgrades asap and better management. Gym is dirty. Machine breaks and it take them months to fix. Theres never paper in the dispenser and now to make it worse you get to the gym and its close without letting people know in advance. It has a sign that it will open at 5:00 am and its 5:39 am at its still close. Getting worse by the day."

"NEED TO CLEAN SAUNA, STEAM ROOM, POOL AREA and MACHINES, GYM! Has great amenities but everything is dirty.. and I mean like NEVER cleaned, dirty.. please clean steam room and pool area - needs like a pressure clean at this point.. this gym has so much potential.. ( If cleaned - I’ll change my review ) UPDATE: It’s been OVER 7 MONTHS since my review - SAUNA WAS NEVER CLEANED! Extremely dirt & disgusting. MANAGEMENT LIED - NOTHING WAS EVER CLEANED. Shame on management for being lazy & doing a disservice to paying memebers. Is it that difficult to do your job?! Clean your facility! We are paying members! This is so disgust & immoral to the people who pay to come here!!! Plus OUTRAGEOUS CHLORINE LEVELS in POOL! HEALTH HAZARD to CHIlDREN & ADULT MEMBERS!!!! Will be reporting to Health Department & to 24 Hours Headquarter!!!"
