"Customer service needs a lot of improvement. I was not informed that my item was out of stock and only received half of my order. I will not buy anything from this company because they have nothing in stock but will still allow you to make your oder knowing that they don't have it available. Buyer beware."

"I received my order 10 days after ordering. I didn't put a rush on it, so I guess that's normal speed. Items were exactly as described. I am happy with my purchase. I was a little concerned after waiting 5 days without a tracking number. I did email MW and asked for a tracking number and it was sent within the hour. All is well."

"Order an item for guaranteed Christmas delivery. Payment was made. 3 days later received e-mail saying color was not available. No problem with refund only that it will take 7-10 days. Possibly they should wait to collect money when order is processed. I wait for my refund due to their mistake. Will not do business with this company again"

"I can’t believe PayPal allows transactions with this company. Buyer beware of this site. They showcase high quality Nike gear and then you place the order and you get an email with a refund notice because nothing is available. I ordered $400 worth of Nike gear and none of it was available. Then I found a Nike parka and Normally wear an XL In Nike and it was huge and tried to submit a return and they won’t accept the return because it’s sold direct from the manufacturer??? I have contacted Nike direct as well. What kind of online store promotes items you never have in stock and if you do find something you like you will never be able to return it? I just wanted an exchange and they wouldn’t even do that. Horrible customer service. No one answers the phone and couldn’t get a manager even to answer back my request for an exchange. Just a “sorry it’s on our website”. Now I have a $200 parka I have to try and sell myself online. Not good at all. There are much better options out there than Midway Sports."

"After reading the reviews, I was nervous making a purchase. I chose to use Paypal in order to protect my purchase for that reason. I ordered two Nike jackets that clearly said "no returns/exchanges." My order was place on October 25 and delivered October 31. I called the store on October 30 to ask for a tracking number and spoke to an extremely respectful and helpful young man. I received notice (via email) one jacket was no longer in stock and was notified a refund was being processed. The refund was fully back in my account on November 2. Thank you Midway Sports!"
