"We came to the store to do a purchase for minor items for a new place across the street. We came across the sale for Valentines and there was a bay displayed right at the front of a bunch of candy now with that being said we grab the candy but the 50% off was an implemented. The lady explained that they packed down the wrong box into the wrong bay. I explained to her that, at the end of the day, that’s not my fault because of display had been failed with the items already there was more than one quantity, I kept asking associates to speak to a manager. Multiple of them were passing me around like a dog and not knowing who is a manager on duty and ignoring me like if I was some dog. Elsi the manager needs Some serious customer service skills. I am one of the managers for the Home Depot here in the corporate district and the lack of care, engagement, and social skills was beyond absurd. I explaining how the companies work, but her attitude was beyond rude. This store needs district here."
"This walmart hires young rude kids to bring out curbside orders. They take their sweet time to bring out orders, are rude. If there are any exchanges or order issues they don’t know how to provide proper customer support. They seem lost and give misinformation."
"Expect long lines at the register, parking, and a packed store. The customer service line was long aways and one cashier always why is that on a Sunday?? 12 people in front of me and one cashier so walmart making all the money so easy and when it's time to give us back in returns we have to wait? Why? Do the corporations of employees on any level have to wait in long lines to return anything??? This need to change always needs two or more cashiers on weekends and weekend pick hours to assist in the return process quicker, so someone who has one or a few items to return shouldn't have to wait in line 10 plus mins to get help with their returns."
"This Walmart is for sure the one I liked the best in this area closest to our stay. The lot is big and they have alot of items in stock. I like the fact that the self checkout is spacious for large shopping and it's so much easier because I don't know but the people that work always seem upset in Miami. I run from the unfriendly in New York hoping for friendly people on vacation. That's why I prefer self checkout when I like a location so it doesn't affect my review of the location."
"The market itself isn't bad, but very understaffed especially at deli. We were there 6 minutes for someone to acknowledge us, another 3 for the one poor lady to put Roasted chickens in the heating displays and come back to assist us. There was someone waiting for prepared food for another 5 before she could get another employee to help her. Total disservice to customers and their own employees. Took forever to get 3 deli items."
