"Next Level Fitness is a great place to train in the Kendall area. The owner, Daniel, is not only a terrific trainer, but a great person as well. He takes his time with each of his students, explaining each exercise fully. I’ve been frequenting gyms and working out with trainers for a long time, and I think Daniel is one of the best I’ve ever encountered. I’ve recently been dealing with a shoulder injury that has limited my ability to work out. Daniel has accommodated me by adjusting my workout accordingly. He is truly special."

"Was looking for a gym in the neighborhood that pushed me not only in cardio but in weights. I love the intensity and the diversity of the workouts. That fact that boxing is included twice a week is a huge plus. I’ve never boxed but I was very willing to try something new and turns out the instructors make it very manageable and fun. It feels like a family gym, the owner and trainers are very involved and make sure to correct posture and push you. This gym is for everyone, not only people that are in shape and want to push themselves but also for people that are just staring out. Things are scaled to your ability, not to mention all that you need is in your station and you won’t be wondering the gym looking for a dumbbell. Here you’ll also get help with nutrition if you need it. Overall i love it and i recommend it to anyone that asked"
