"I waited 20 minutes, before 6 employees couldn’t resolve problems with 1 customers and being me wad 9 people also waiting! All registered was closed only one was open and employees that around hanging around laughing while long line ! Tjmaxx don’t need that much employees paying for what doing nothing? with very poor selection they merchants and I count approximately 10 employees but store was mess ! Only dressing room lady was polite and doing her job !"

"I enjoy shopping here. However, today, I was in pretty early. Even though I was early, the store was a complete disaster. Unfortunately, I have to blame the customers. they pick something up. Look at it and just set it down Wherever. It makes shopping a challenge. However, I do not fault store management. This store HAS the carts they won't let you take to your car. I understand the thieving of carts. It's a problem, but you need to put the cart wheel locks around the edge of the parking lot, not in front of the door to the store. That's just asinine."

"The staff in this TJ Max are so rude! Including the manager. Very disrespectful and talk down on people. Very entitled man who his approximately in his 30’s on on the heavy side with glasses was very rude. Yelling and pointing fingers at me and my fathers face over dumb gift card I asked questions about. Terrible"
