"This gets a 1 star. Because I did an order pickup for an item that was still in stock when I left the store. Then they said it was sold out after I did the order online, Thats a load of B.S when I left the store a few minutes ago because of heavy foot traffic when they had the item there. I contacted the store 3 times and no one picked up. Worst customer service I've ever seen. Need to train associates better."

"Today I had a horrible experience in that store. One of the gentlemen (a tall man in his 50s) who picks up the shopping carts in the park put one of the carts near my car. Suddenly the cart was moving and heading towards my car, I asked the man to please move the car away because it could hit my car, to my surprise the man answered me in such a rude manner with a very high tone of voice and such lack of respect that I had the need to go to Talk to the manager, who apologized, but in this case I think apologies are unnecessary. Target needs to take action in these situations where employees have terrible customer service and leave a very bad image of stores like this, I think they should be more careful when hiring staff. Mind you, this is not the first time I have seen terrible customer service in that specific store."

"I love shopping at target. They almost always have everything I’m looking for at competitive prices. The employees are always available and willing to help. My only complaint is that it is almost ALWAYS too hot in these stores. I would appreciate if they could make the stores cooler and I take a sweater with me than it be too hot."

"I’ve been using the drive up pickup option since spraining my ankle and the food handling is a little questionable. Food that’s supposed to be kept cold instead is handed to me barely cold or room temperature. I’ve also received food items that have already expired same day/ prior to purchase date on multiple occasions (pictures below)."
