"Found mold that was painted over in my apartment managed by UDR that already I had told them on move in 3 months ago, has moisture and soft drywall is several (8 that I know of right now) areas. I have had to go back and forth for weeks, submit a 7 day notice to fix, continually go into a leasing office that is not on the property I even live at, get ignored via emails and calls, told that I just do not understand the mold removal process that I know full well, only for them to agree after days and further pushback, and only after having to contact every single number and email I had to borderline harass to obtain, have they even begun to fix the smaller issues of the apartment. They do not care about health and safety of residents, as has been made abundantly clear by the lack of communication, negligence, clear violations, and refusal to do what is right unless continually hounded. I am still dealing with this, as they are attempting to skirt past their responsibilities and loop-hole their way through. Nothing says we love our residents like forcing disabled, immune compromised residents to live in a mold ridden apartment with assistance animals that's walls can be pushed in by hand."

"I wish I could give 0! Absolutely worst management company ever all they care about are their profits. They treat residents as an inconvenience. At the drop of a dime kick you out of your rental for a week to do “Upgrades” providing you with absolutely no other options. Paint over mold would rather spend $5000 on continuously recharging your air conditioners, rather than just buying a new one. They don’t have an on-site office staff anywhere. Their properties are disgusting because they don’t have on site staff to walk the property. If you have an issue with the company. Unless your lease is about to expire, they don’t care about anything you have to say. Just the company policy of getting rich on others misery.They will just slap some new pain on it. Hoping it will be enough to deceived into renting with them. Don’t be deceived they are not what you are looking for! Run far far away you won’t be sorry."

"We had so many problems when we first moved in to our apartment, but Bobby Guzmán has been the service representative for almost all of our service requests and he always does a great job, going above and beyond to make sure we have a live-able apartment."

"Their service reps sound like the work from home and are bothered to have to deal with anything. Rude and unprofessional. If it wasn't a kidney to cancel my lease I would. Every year rent goes up 150-250$, maintenance is not done, cracks are painted over. Community smells like trash, pipe breaks in the wall they only fix the drywall, don't treat for mold/or effectively dry the crawlspace. You can expect mold is painted right over. Shame there is nobody at the wheel at this company just corporate greed, not even trying to be a decent company or have decent properties."
