"Let me start by saying that I live here for about 2 1/2 years... and it was a nice experience until I had to start dealing with the people in the office. The apartment itself was nice no roaches and cheap for a 4 bedroom apartment. The neighbors were nice as well. At least the ones around me. Only one day I say a man hitting his wife with their kid in the car. But this was toward the end of the 2 1/2 years and they were new to the complex. I mean, cheap places attracts all kind of people. The maintenance guys were extremely nice, a little slow to work through the issues but because they were nice it wasn't a problem for me. NOW please read this part carefully, the office manager Dayami very unprofessional. Always rude, never said hello, and never helpful when addressing concerns. The other girl in the office lets just say that whenever I came to ask her something she would nod and 5 min later she would respond with "i'm not sure what you are trying to do.. BUT" (This happened ALL the time)... If only she listened. There was ALWAYS a miscommunication when it came to those girls in the office. My roommate will go and they will say something and then they will say something different to me (this also happened all the time) Anyways, if you have to live here, please make sure to inspect the apartment before you move there and VERY important, ask them if the carpet is new. If they say no, then make sure there is something in writing saying that you will not pay for the change of a new carpet once you move out. I mean, it is only fair if you dont get something new then you dont have to pay for something new, unless of course you destroy the place."

"They can change the name, but the reputation and experiences I and others have had won't go away. The people and their off-spring who rent from this place are horrible. There is always fighting, drug deals, and other questionable activity going on. Besides the roaches, the low brow people renting are the other infestation! Stay away at all costs!"

"I had been in this apartments for over 5 year is very nice to leave here and is very quiet in here. What I can said is that the people who work with you in the club house are very nice, but the maintenance need still to be work on because if I would rate their maintenance will be as fair. So my rating for this apartments from 1 being the least and 10 been as high...Would be a 8"
