"Horrible experience as an owner and would never recommend them to anyone! Megan was nice enough at first but then began to have an issue with everything my husband and I wanted to do with our home. Took them over 3 weeks after cleaning to get the property listing up. Regina was very unresponsive and never reached out to us regarding our property. Although we were told she was our point of contact. Trusthome does not want owners to question anything concerning their own home! Our home was live on “all platforms” (which actually was only on their website) for only 4 days when I received an email from Michelle telling us to lower the rent because the home hadn’t gotten the leads they expected & it was getting negative feedback from potential renters. (Obviously there are no leads if it isn’t marketed correctly!). What feedback if it hasn’t been shown?! When I asked Michelle if any leads had come in at all and if the house had been shown, I was ignored for THREE days. She and Regina were VERY unresponsive and made it seem like me asking for updates on my property was a problem. We still stuck it out, although my husband warned me months ago to cancel our contract. After being ignored and put off, I received a phone call from Megan saying they were ending their relationship with us because we “don’t have the money” to work with them. VERY RUDE AND DISCRIMINATORY! I regret ever working with them and have now wasted several months and mortgage payments bc I put my faith in this company. LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!!"
