"After applying for a house that was listed for rent and had Urban Square Realty as their property management company, leaving a $55 dollar application fee for 3 people plus a $700 deposit. Total of $865 ALL IN CASH!!! We were informed less 24 hours later that the owner had put the property on hold and wasn’t available to rent any longer. Now they are telling I bend to wait for them to let me know when I can pass by and pick up a check when they specifically asked me for cash only. This definitely feels like a scam. Stay away!!!"

"I am not a person who gives negative reviews on companies, but i feel that the public should know who they are dealing with prior to them doing any kind of business with this company. This company will try to swindle their way out of paying you back your security deposit. They will make up outlandish charges. Fortunately, I am able to collaborate, all of my objections with physical invoices. If you are thinking about using this company for renting, I beg you to please research their security deposit payback. Unfortunately, I am not the only one who they tried swindling out their security deposit. I have left a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well.
