"I'm an owner at Vista Cay, my property is managed by Millenium. When I first thought of buying at Vista Cay, I started my due diligence on the couple of dozen companies managing properties there. The first thing I noticed was that Millenium seemed to run everything. Most of the properties, the front desk, the shop, the bar, etc, etc. It rapidly occurred to me that life would be difficult if I did not go with Millenium. Having had Millenium manage things for nearly a year, there is a clear reason why they run so many things at Vista Cay. They are really, really good at property management. There is a system for everything. All the staff are great at what they do and take pride in their work. Millenium runs with the efficiency of a Swiss watch. My guests are like ghosts - apart from paying and leaving 5 Star reviews, I would have no idea they had stayed. Whenever I go to inspect the condo, it is immaculate. If you are looking for the acme of vacation rental management, this is it."

"Best way to stay in Orlando!! Centrally located to all shops, restaurants, theme parks and all major highways. Only 1122 minutes from airport straight shot down the 528 Beachline. Rooms are massive, clean and well kept. My family and I got 3 bedrooms, 2 baths a full kitchen and a full size washer and dryer for wayyyy less than a basic hotel room in the area. The resort grounds are meticulously manicured and the amenities such as pools, hot tubs, fitness center and sports court are comparable to any high end Resort. No extra charges for parking like other places and the free Wi-Fi was 1,000 MBPS! This is the only way me and my family will stay in Orlando from here on out. Vista Cay can you please build more vacation rental resorts across the country!!"

A very roomy comfortable setting with nice serious for taking a walk or leisure as well as nice balcony to sit out and relax. They have also two pools and a playground for the children as well as a walk / jogging path around the lake."
