"Me and my husband have been living here since Urbon first opened and we have had no complaints. Whenever we need pest control they schedule it, whenever we need a maintenance request put in they always answer it in a timely manner. Myrna has always been very good at communicating whenever we have any concerns about anything we don’t plan on leaving anytime soon. The trash people come 5 times a week if hall ways aren’t up to standard it’s because your neighbors aren’t clean. Our building hall ways have always been kept clean by maintenance ( have witnessed them scrub and spray down the hallways) if your looking for a apartment complex that is chill and address your needs when brought to them this is the complex for you. Mryna, Gabby, and Robert are always there to give a helping hand."

"The community is an amazing community. Myrna is the best manager ever. Through all the growing pain and new construction issues they made it manageable solving problems day of! Gabby and Rob are amazing leasing agents would recommend either of them to help you find your apartment home. If I did not have a dog I would definitely resign but I need a back yard for her."

"Urbon management doesn’t fix issues or reply to e-mails. If management is so awesome, they should do something about the amenities. The Spa has not been working since July 2023, the pool is not heated like they advertise on Urbon's site, and they are taking away the coffee stations. One of the machines was already removed and they are about to remove the other one. The only thing that's left is the sign on the wall 2 cups of coffee per resident per day. Good luck with that. Instead of talking about the great management people should talk about the great amenities, but they don't because they don't exist. Myrna has not responded to any of my e=mails about complaints, because she doesn't know what new excuses to make up according to me. This does not make her a great Property Manager according to me. Hello Future Renters!!! I have been a renter at Urbon Lake Nona for 1 year and 4 months. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Please don’t let Corporate reply to this review that they did not find a resident by this name at Urbon because that would be a big fat lie. If I had the chance I would run very far away from this place. This is what I will be doing once I’m able to. The Management at Urbon Lake Nona is horrible. Myrna the Property Manager told me that the pool heater is working. I went to check the water and it was ice cold. I went back to see Myrna and she stated that the water was ice cold because it was cold outside. I replied by saying that’s what I thought the pool heater was for, to heat the water when it’s cold. Than she replied that the pool heater doesn’t start working until 9am. I think they are trying to use the Sun to heat the pool instead of the pool heater advertised on Urbon’s website. The water in the pool was ice cold all day. The spa has not been working since July 2023 and everybody gives you a different story. Unfortunately I’m an inteligent person and don’t believe any of them. The coffee has not been replenished at the coffee stations on a regular schedule. Currently they are completely without coffee and cups, and I heard the coffee machines will be removed. I attached the picture below. After Myrna was informed about this issue, she stated that she does not have to supply the coffee. If you do not need to supply coffee please remove these multiple coffee stations amenity from the Urbon website. The cabanas have been broken for a few months and Myrna stated that they will not be replaced. The only amenity that is good here are the pickle ball courts which are always packed and noisy. Good luck if you live near them. If you move here please do not expect all of the amenities on the Urbon website. After I pointed out the fact about amenities not working to Myrna the Property Manger she stated that they are subject to change on the website. I asked Myrna to show me where this is stated on the website. She replied that she doesn’t have time and I should look for it myself. I couldn’t find it. I agree with all of the negative reviews about Urbon on Google reviews and they are 100% accurate. On the other hand I do not agree with the positive reviews which are mostly from residents that just moved here. I am sure that their opinions will change very soon I have attached some photos to back up my review. I think these photos are worth one thousand words. I wonder how Corporate will respond to this review. Please don’t tell me that things break and that the coffee machines are being replaced. It should not take 7 months to fix broken things for example the Spa. When will the Spa be fixed, when will the pool be heated, and when will the coffee be replenished or coffee machines replaced? This is a very simple question and you don’t need to be Rocket Scientist to answer it. I have one last very important question to anyone willing to take the challenge in reference to my picture of the coffee station with the sign on the wall, please read the sign before your answer this question. How many cups of coffee can you make per person per day with no coffee or no cups at any of the coffee stations?"

"I am writing this review to share my experience living in this apartment community. From the moment I moved in, I was impressed by the cleanliness and upkeep of the property. The maintenance team was always prompt and professional in addressing my issues or concerns. The amenities offered by the community were also exceptional. I especially enjoyed the fitness center, which was well-equipped and maintained to a high standard. The community pool and lounge were also great relaxing and unwinding spots. Overall, I’m having a great experience living in this apartment community and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-maintained, and convenient place to call home."

"It’s rare these days to find an apartment complex that truly cares about their tenants. From the moment we first toured the complex with Rob, we immediately knew Urbon at Nona was going to be our new home. Coming from other apartment complexes I can truly say that Urbon at Nona is by far superior. Other apartments I’ve lived in, the staff treats you as if you are an inconvenience or not important, this is troubling when you’re spending your hard earned money on a place to live. I believe when you’re choosing a future place to live, it should feel like a home. Urbon at Nona feels like a home. The staff here, especially Myrna, feel like a community. When you walk into their office, they are always extremely welcoming. They are patient and are willing to help you with anything you may need. Myrna is prideful in the community and that shows through the continuous growth and attentiveness throughout the complex. I think it’s also important to note that coming from other pet friendly apartment complexes, people not picking up after their dogs was always an issue. You wouldn’t be able to walk in the grass without stepping in dog waste. Here at Urbon at Nona, not only do our neighbors continue to be mindful of picking up after their dogs, our maintenance guys even pick up dog waste from individuals who may not have been as mindful. That truly shows the dedication to keeping this complex superior to others."
