Coda Apartments

"Do you not find it suspicious that every reviewer has only reviewed this apartment complex and nothing else ever? Is it not weird that they all use the same verbiage? The posted pictures seem to be taken the same way. The building actually sucks -trash always out -aggressive management - homeless community living in the bushes on the property - homeless often us amenities - cars come to the parking lot to race(since there is no speed bumps) - the coffee machine/ both games/printer is always broken. - the cement floor are badly stained -pool dirty often - they lock up the amenities with huge pad locks and no notice -dog hair on all the furniture -only the leasing area remains is cleaned and maintained -the fire pit never works -the trash company slips apartments for over sized trash (see image below) -the elevator is broken often -the fire alarm is often pulled because the building is full of college kids living alone. When it is pull ur entire apartment sounds for the alarm in one year I count leaving for the alarm 16 times in the middle of the night MY CAR WAS HIT IN THE PARKING LOT TWICE WHILE PARKED BY CARS DRIFTING."

"My son is a student at UCF and he moved in recently and so far the experience has been great. Our leasing process was good, the apartment was clean and when we had an issue the maintenance person came within hours. We like how the doors are locked to get into the complex and the trash valet service. If you are a parent looking for a safe, clean and well maintained complex for your UCF student, Coda is your spot. Only 2.4 miles from campus."

"My partner and I have lived at Coda since August 2023 and have truly enjoyed it. The landscaping is so beautiful and the amenities are stunning and so much fun to use. Our apartment itself is clean and has amazing lighting, views, and design especially in comparison to other apartments in the area. We have had issues that would happen at any living facility, such as a few small repairs or bugs, but when our AC broke, the maintenance team was extremely prompt and fixed it very quickly. And when we did have a few small bugs, the pest control team sprayed and they have never come back since. Any issues we have had, maintenance has been prompt, kind, and efficient. Additionally, the leasing office team has been so helpful and kind with any problems we have run into. Especially David, who has gone above and beyond to help us with anything we have needed. The only complaint I have is that there are some residents who make a lot of noise late at night, but luckily the security team is here to aid with that problem as well. All in all, we have really loved our time at Coda and are very grateful to the team that makes living here so nice."
