"RENTER BEWARE! Do not rent here at all costs! I know its tough out there but this is NOT the place you want to rent! They do not fix anything, bugs everywhere and they WILL NOT return your deposit. Please find somewhere else."

"If you are going to rent here, get the idea that they are not going to return your deposit, they will always find some excuse to take it from you, whatever you do, I left them painted, clean clean carpet, they will always steal it from you, people do not care It lasts because the maintenance is lousy, every day there are complaints, the laundry is always damaged Apartments infested with cockroaches, I had to buy poison with my money to kill them, since the administration does not care about this even if you notify them, corridors of stairs without lights for a long time. ahh and above all the administration is going to steal your security deposit in one way or another, it doesn't matter if you leave it fixed and painted they steal it"

"Infested with roaches, overpriced, my door is on backwards. my ceiling collapsed one time and the rental company and the landlord who owned the unit above mine argued over who was responsible for fixing it while the building had no water for days. Roads are poorly maintained. Have had to threaten rent withholding to get repairs done in the past. Not worth it if you aren't desperate and even then maybe try homelessness for a bit. Maintenance guy is cool but management is awful."

"I rented here a year ago, recently just moved out a few months ago. Myself and my two young children lived here without the AC working over half of the time. I put in countless maintenance tickets, that were ignored over and over again. At one point the apartment was 97 degrees inside. Forcing us to sit in my car for air. Every single time the AC stopped working, the water stopped working as well. They said it was because the pipes were old and close together, so when the ac would freeze, so would the water. Causing us to AGAIN live without water and air. Getting someone to just come and look at the AC, or the water, or the leaking roof inside of the apartment was impossible. I kept the apartment clean, being a single mother with two kids. When it was time to move out and get my deposit back that I absolutely should’ve received, they sent me a lousy check for 10% of the deposit. When I moved out, I made sure the apartment was cleaner than when I moved in! Very disappointed with the way my children and I were treated at this place. Do not recommend this place to anyone. I will be reporting this to someone who will actually take this seriously. Fare warning for people who are thinking about moving here. You will overpay, and you won’t have air or water over half of your stay!"

"Truly a bad experience in every aspect. Lived here for 3 years (2 under different private owners) but the last year was with the power of the complex. I must say this was by far the worst service and apartment I have lived in the past 6 years in Orlando. Where do I begin; I have had issues with my mail box being broken for about 3 weeks and no one was able to fix it due to the manager being on vacation. Which had nothing to do with the maintenance guy. (After I my self fixed it it later broke again and after my own vacation there was a wasp nest inside.) Initially the apt was handed with spotted carpets and switches not working (some sparked) to which they never were truly fixed. just replaced. I have had issues with the office opening my mail before but to avoid lawsuits I let it slide. But they have done this to a friend of mine before. Our fridge was old to begin with but I never imagined it to break down 6 times, yes 6 times, without being replaced. When I asked for a new one due to food going bad and it breaking more than 3 times, I was told they would not because we'd "eventually move out". Great service right? I have lived in 3 other apartments before and this was by far the worst. They even tried to charge me for a "dirty apartment" and not give me back my full deposit back! I have never had this problem before and its unfair and honestly unjustified considering the other minor things: a leak in the ceiling they never fixed. I short: Don't live here! spread the word and avoid horrible service, a shady area, robbery, poorly kept pool, and headaches."
