"THE WORST BUILDING DOWNTOWN! 3/4 ELEVATORS HAVE BEEN BROKEN FOR 5 MONTHS! FORCING RESIDENTS TO WAIT FOR ELEVATOR OR EVEN MADE A PREGNANT WOMEN WALK 16 FLIGHTS OF STEPS DUE TO THE LACK OF THIS BUILDINGS ABBILITY TO MANAGE PROBLEMS! THE MANAGMENT IS A BUNCH OF GOSSIP WOMEN WHO HAVE NEVER MANAGED ANYTHING MAJOR, THEY ALL LIE AND GOSSIP NON STOP, ALL LIVE ON PROPERTY SO THEY SAVE ALL THEYRE LITTLE MONEY, LILLY IS LITERALLY A CRIMINAL. DO NOT MOVE HERE! GO TO ONE OF THE OTHER AMAZING BUILDINGS. IVE LIVED DOWNTOWN FOR 8 YEARS AN NEVER EXPIRENCED ANYTHJNG LIKE THIS"
"Silvio from the maintenance team is amazing!! One of the smoke detectors in my apartment was malfunctioning and Silvio picked up my maintenance request. He quickly and efficiently replaced the smoke detector and also tested the rest of them in the apartment. What added that extra personal touch was Silvio stopped by the next day to ensure the new smoke detector was not malfunctioning and wanted to confirm everything was in working order. The level of caring that Silvio displayed is one of the reasons that I love living here at The Paramount. Thanks Silvio!!!"
