"If you're thinking of moving here after June 2020, I strongly recommend you do not. The apartment complex has removed all carpets from the second floor apartments and has refused to put in any sound proofing. You can hear everything the neighbors above you do. You can hear them talk, walk, be intimate. God help you if your upstairs neighbors have kids. We've been complaining for months but the apartment says the cost savings are worth our misery. So I'm warning you, find somewhere else. You are going to be in for a special hell, whether you live on the first or second floor."

"Don’t rent in here!!!! It was the worst year of my life living in here!!! Every week they want to come for “inspection “ , it’s not a good feeling to be at work knowing that people is in your house when you are not there. At night, it’s a caos!!! Marijuana smell all over, loud music , and people hanging out in the stairs. Making all type of noise. Rude customer service, the people at the office will ignore you as you wait on the lobby."

"Was a resident for 1.5 years. Never had issues with management on the contrary the Manager, Erika Kumar, has gone above and beyond to help us with any situation or matter at hand. I love her passion to take care of the property. She does not deal with no foolishness and at the end of the day she is protecting our community and children. She has created a back to school event yearly and it's such a blessing to see the help she offers us and our children with supplies for school as well as a fun Pizza Party time!! The property is always very well maintained & clean. The security they have truly make you feel safe and are kind when chatting with them. I was very concerned moving here due to the reviews and yes their has been past issues BUT the management cleaned up the entire property when I arrived and it's been a true blessing since then. It's quiet, it's family oriented and very friendly!! Def a great experience & property to stay at!!"

"Don't move here if you care about yourself. I've lived here for 11 years and they refuse to change the carpet even though there are parasites. Roaches everywhere!! Pretty sure the walls have mold in them because it was turning an odd color when the heat got bad. My apartment flooded twice. The a/c is always broken. They take way too long to fix anything that isnt a 2minute fix up. You gotta paint all of your walls yourself. It hasn't been renovated in god knows how long and for a small, crappy apartment the rent is way too high, they keep raising it."
