"I have live in this apartment complex for 11 months, and is the worst place to live, I would mind my business and go work and back. It started when I pay rent, originally it was suppose to be $1351 they charge me $1463, I never had my rent on time so each month I paid $1563. Around april my electricity went off and I had a hard time paying the bill, and they have additional 200 dollars in rent which end up $1722 dollars which is above my paid rate for apartment they had a termite, ants and roach infestation. no light fixture in the bed room, I have ask management several time to separate the electricity from the rent, they have refused, I know for a fact that the neighbors have reported me for living in apartment because, I'm a black women. even when I went back to get out something from the u-haul storage pod a neighbor watch me every time i went to my car to my storage pod she stared at me. I ask her why and she gave me a dirty look. I knew it was the color of my skin. Another I went to the laundry room a young women was stared at me and it was my race.The management price gouging my rent. My neighbor are paying 800-1000 in rent I'm paying 1500. The management put my late fee and how much I owe in rent in my credit making it hard for me to find a new place to live. I telling African American who live their leave ASAP and if you black don't live here please is not worth it. the manager BETSY is a racist person she recorded all my conversion and called the police on me. I lost everything living here."
