"The manager that’s there needs to be train on how to talk to people especially when you just trying to ask questions on how the process go when you get the letter I say two old ppl come in an ask her a question bout the letter they received she literally bushed them off an they ask how far they is to the top she like idk with an attitude an told them they not supposed to come here when they get a letter an all the elderly couple wants to know bout the letter an just the hold process of me going there was horrible that I told them to put me back on the list even her staff had to apologize bout how they manager was acting rude an horrible customer I don’t care how much low income is I would pay full rent before I stayed there especially if she’s the manager"
