The manager and staff is very rude and unprofessional They Have attitudes and 0 respect… they will have you complete the application knowing you don’t Qualify just so they can keep the application fee… (robbed for $175) as soon as we finished singing app, not approved! We was treated very poorly (Rudely) My advice is to Go apply somewhere else so you can get treated with the upmost respect like you deserve!"

"I was going to move in this place but looking at the reviews and seeing that their buildings or surrounding areas aren't safe. I'll pass! Who wants to deal with rude ppl in the front office? Who wants to step out if their apartment and see homeless ppl everywhere? Not me! I want to live in a peaceful, clean area.."

"This place is a terrible place to live. They charged for a service dog. They fine you for things they are to insure is taking care of through the office like trash. They are beyond rude and mistreats there residents here. Senior citizens are treated very poorly and unfairly here they use and abuse all residents they talk them like they are trash but want there money on time. This is the worst complex I have witnessed and worked in. Oh there maintenance guys walk straight in your house so be careful while taking showers or getting dressed in your own home because you may look up and have three big man standing face to face with you. Needless to say none of the office people are nice and willing to assist there residents safely and appropriately all of them needs a new profession. I do not recommend this Place as safe or live able. Drug heads all in the hallways no working camera's illegal towing nothing accessible for the disabled blind or hearing impaired this is a scamming Apartment complex. I ask to speak to corporate they gave me the front office number. This people are a joke and out right nasty."

"Older woman in the leasing office is extremely rude & needs to find a new job because she lacks customer service skills. She told us we had to stand outside the office because she had no mask & then continued to have an attitude when we asked her question. Is it not her job to answer questions? I’m confused."

"They will deny your application and get an attitude if you ask why. They did the same thing to a relative. I have good credit and steady income so I really wanted to know. Don’t apply here the area and this type of situation make it not worth it. Update: it’s been over a month and I still haven’t received any money back."
