Also, when there is a work order they immediately respond into action. Purchasing the product and fixing it. Highly recommend living here. They care about their resident and maintain the property. I was greeted by the manager Miss Liz Cruz she is a geniune gem in my book, she showed me around the property and a very pleasent person to speak to I told her what I was looking and she took the time to show me all the layouts. Also told me very safe neighborhood Joceline one of the other girls at the office was informative on the surroundings of the area. For commercial areas near by for my daily shopping. The treatment I received here as a new signing tenant was incredible. Very pleased great office. Customer service A+ . And I love my new place brand new carpets. My cabinets are intact and as new. The exterior of the property is well taken care of. I am so happy I picked this property for my new start in Orlando . Thank you"

Liz, the property manager, made sure everything we smooth (it did) and Eric the maintenance supervisor has already responded to a work order I asked for.
