"I was a resident of Watauga since 2017. Niurka Ramirez (Property Manager) is excellent, she is always willing to help you and always does everything she can to make the residents happy, she is very helpful and always has a positive attitude, she always knows how to listen to you and have the right answer. The maintenance employee Miguel is excellent, he always does his job perfectly and always has respect for the residents. Watauga Woods has been the best apartment complex I have been to from 2017 to 2024. It made me very sad and nostalgic to move from such an excellent community, where I felt happy and safe living here. Having a team that knows how to do things well is what shows how good the Watauga Woods apartment complex is. I hope to live in Watauga Woods again. "Liars manage this Sevtion 8 apts! I resided here in the late 90s and had loud neighbors in the unit on my floor right across from me. They 2 of them would go outside their door and talk loudly! Mgmt did nothing as always bur were quick to deduct money from my deposit when my 3rd yr lease ended! BE CAREFUL: IF YOU DON'T CLEAN EACH NOOK AND CRANNY THEY'LL TAKE AS MUCH MONEY AS THEY CAN!"
