Cloverdale Apartments

"I've lived here (in one of the Duplexes) for 17 years so far, which is how good I think this place is. And I'm not the only one. We have several long time residents here. As others have said, it's not GRAND with all the bells an whistles, but simple, clean an easy to live at. And the Landlord/Owner encourages you to let him know about problems ASAP, and they typically respond same day to fix it, but if they can't do the fixing, they will call the professional to fix it, which is typically same day as well. They are older buildings, but sturdy with cement block construction, and I've weathered many hurricanes here with no damage. It's also quiet. The only drawback for me is that it's not pet friendly (no pets allowed). I wanted 4.5 stars, but Google doesn't allow half stars. If they allowed pets, I would have marked it 5 stars."
