"I previously left a 1 star review for the new owners. I always believe in being fair so I am doing a new review. Previously I had issues with repairs taking way too long. However, the last two times I needed a repair it was done the same day or the next day. So much improved. I am not happy about losing my reserved spot I had with PRG after living here for 5 years. It was a little thing that made long time renters feel appreciated for their loyalty. Staff is friendly and the maintenance team is great and also friendly . There is a slight bug issue but the people they hired to spray the apartments literally spent just 2 seconds in the apartment with a spray can and sprayed just the kitchen. The appliances are also super out dated. They are spending money on making the outside look better I wish they would invest in things that make the residents life better. The oven we have is something out of the 1940's lol."

"I've been here 4 plus years. The previous management/maintenance team was very responsive and top notch. Now, under McKinley, service is underwhelming. My AC has been out for about 60 hours since I submitted a work order. Posted a comment on the portal about the lack of response. Stopped in the office late today. Was later texted that the repair was done. There is no change in air flow. My lowest temp has been 83 degrees. Will be a long weekend."

"Edit to add 08/22/23: I have moved out of this complex & I am still dealing with the incompetent management staff that run this property. I have never been spoken to nor treated by anyone like the way I have by these people. The way they run the place is slimy & they’re out to screw over anyone that speaks up about how awful they are. They are accusatory & have zero regard for any current or former residents. They are quick to blame you for their miscommunications. The previous management company (PRG) was great & I would never in a million years recommend moving to this property, nor to any other McKinley properties to my worst enemy. Edit: Please be weary of positive reviews from new residents. The majority of the old, respectful residents are leaving. This community used to be a clean and relatively quiet place to live. There has been an influx of folks moving in and it has been…something else. There are groups of little kids that go to the pool area multiple times a week (with no adults) and it is an accident waiting to happen. I have nothing against kids but their parents are never present and they're ALWAYS misbehaving and messing with community property in common areas. I'm talking 6-12ish years old, and they are ALWAYS SCREAMING AT THE TOP OF THEIR LUNGS. I've personally had them come over and splash my belongings, as well as running full-on into me by the pool. These kids literally move the lounge chairs to the edge of the pool and jump/dive off of them into the pool. I have seen a 6-8 year old boy almost bust his head on the edge of the pool several times. There have been so many close-calls. There are multiple groups of kids running around the pool and common areas (again, w/ no adults) constantly screaming at the top of their lungs. It’s disruptive to many residents. I've even seen them go up to somebody's front door and start banging and screaming at the door for no reason. The complex did send an email out a few weeks ago so I'll give them that, but it is still happening multiple times a week. I'm sure that there have been quite a few people bringing up these concerns to management, but some people just don't care. It’s not just the kids that are super loud. But besides that, residents seem to not want to ever clean up their dog poo (all throughout the complex) and there is a good amount of trash left around. It’s an overall lack of respect for their community and neighbors. Again, this doesn’t apply to everybody, but there has been a pattern recently. I will write a thorough review when I get some more time. This place used to be great when it was managed by PRG. Since McKinley took over, it has been horrible. There is no organization or communication. Exterior pressure washing and painting of my building was supposed to take six days in early March. It ended up taking a full month. During this time, all patio items had to be inside the apartment. I had multiple plants die from being indoors for so long, especially with the lack of sunlight. All of my plants had some sort of damage. I’ve spent countless hours caring for them. My vegetables and herbs that I’ve grown for over a year are destroyed. But besides all that, the staff don’t seem to care about their residents at all. Call about a concern and you’ll never hear back. If you do get ahold of them, they just seem annoyed with you. There’s trash all over the complex. I don’t really get into the pool because there’s so much trash in the water and it’s certainly not clean. I spend a good amount of time outdoors, so I sometimes have to use the clubhouse bathroom. There has not been ANY toilet paper or paper towels in the women’s or men’s bathroom in over a week. It’s disgusting. I am a woman, how the heck am I supposed to use the bathroom without ANYTHING? There is a lack of care for the residents from staff and lack of respect for the property from some others. The complex used to be pleasant and clean, but it has recently gone downhill. Last picture is a used diaper in the pool area, along with a container lid that has been there for almost a week"
