"Other than horrible or zero customer service, it takes at least a month to get anything repaired if at all. AC, heat, refrigerator, microwave, sink falling, all took over a month after multiple requests. I don't think they even have a maintenance staff. My fridge hasn't worked for over 2 weeks now and I'm losing food to spoilage. The office is either closed , rude, or unavailable"

"I was a potential tenant... I applied over a month ago submitted all documents. I could never get anyone on the phone, I actually went there spoke with a Spanish lady who had my files said everything looked good and I should be hearing something soon. Three weeks went by nothing but I was receiving resident emails like was approved so after not getting on the phone I went up there spoke to another lady who said she was replacing the lady who I originally was working with she stated it was like her 7th day and also complained about how unorganized the office was she helped me as much as she could she said it looked as if I had been approved however the property manager had to the official approval and she was out until next week... so I received a call from a lady named Rashan Stevens who said was the property manager who basically was going to give my apartment away I'd o didn't respond than she was nasty to me about verifying income even though she had a letter room my employer. The whole exwas terrible and the office staff needs a make over with better ppl with better customer service.... These were definitely red flags this place would be a problem if i lived there."

"Had an appointment scheduled at 4. Show up at 4, there’s no one at the front desk and 5 other people waiting in the lobby. About 15-20 minutes later, a lady walks in and sits at the desk. We tell her we had an appointment at 4 to tour an apartment. The lady tells us she canceled all tours and she has nothing to show. She did not give us a reason why. We were never given a call or an email that our tour was canceled. She was rude and unapologetic and did not offer to reschedule our tour. We drove an hour out there for nothing. Completely unprofessional."

"This place needs better staff and training! Where is the corporate involvement!? I scheduled a tour of a 1bed 1 bath online and immediately i was turned away by the girl sitting at the desk saying that they had no 1/1 available to show. I find it odd considering that on the website they have 15 one bed/bath, 10 of which are available right now and the others coming due around my move in of November 1st. I asked when would they have any available to show and she dismissed me saying she doesn't know. The lady seemed overwhelmed and obvious doesn't have the competency to multitask or delegate tasks to other people since there was other staff in the office just sitting around who could've probably been of better assistance than she was. Terrible place to consider a new home."

"This is a REAL review. This place is not what it seems. No pools all green, ran down. Barely any side walk. Constant water leaks, water being shut off, roaches everywhere and mold! Honestly run down all together. No on site management team. Had very high hopes, and nothing was done how it said it would be. Thank god Roshan was hired because she is actually trying to get things done around here. She definitely tried to meet all the promises that were made to me by a previous employee. But these were not promises that could be met, and honestly not hers to keep, unfortunately. Definitely would not recommend living here as of right now. This place needs a LOT of work."
