"I love this place! All the neighbors are amazing. We have beautiful lakes around, everything that you need you find easily, like restaurants from different countries, supermarkets, parks, saloons, etc. If I could, I would give 10 stars!!!!"

"Been living here for almost a year and my now husband lived here for a year an a half before that. We love it here. Quiet property, courteous neighbors, fair rent price. We've never had an issue with noisy neighbors or feeling unsafe. All the neighbors seem to take care of the property well. The landlord is accommodating and friendly. Never had an issue with parking as everyone has their own assigned spots and there's plenty of guest parking. Very close to downtown and easy access to i4. Great location. Happy to call this place home."
