"The worst apartment complex as a teenager, no child nor teen should feel unsafe in their own apartment, the place is a mess!! Only one maintenance person, the rest of them quit and the service is terrible!!! They only answer when they want to the front office is also terrible, the apartment complex is always dirty... Smelly elevator with food stains, pee, poop and broken elevators!! THEY DO NOT PAY ATTENTION TO HOMELESS PEOPLE COMING INTO THE BUILDING... Always people playing... This isn't a safe environment for any child please do not bring your kids here it's terrible!!"

"Worst place to live, attempted murders and police are constantly inside that building. The administration hardly cleans and you can find drugs or paraphernalia in the stairs. Nauseating smells in the elevators and many homeless people and drug addicts around it, who sometimes sleep on the property."

"OMG! I wish 2 god I had read all these... I was never told my apartment hold fee was for a wait list so when I got my congrats approval with instructions on next steps I thought my move-in would be ALOT LESS THAN 6 MONTHS LATER!!! It has been near impossible to get any communication other than thru Concord Rents (paperwork ppl) This is and has been a nightmare. The constant run around, process to submit documents etc. seemed like nothing I did on my part was good enough. Procrastination tactic to full extent! I feel like I was conned by a huge corporation that is Concord Rents, wow!!!!"

"Smh please don’t move here! Any ole homeless person can walk right in your front door. The gate outside is out of order and there isn’t any protection from outsiders. The place is infested with bugs and so nasty. I really hope everyone be safe and don’t attempt to go outside after dark. Parking for guest is nonexistent without getting a parking ticket ridiculous. There is ALWAYS homeless people sleeping at the entrances by the garage every night, what will happen if they attack someone? Check out the pictures I snapped from 05/05/2023"

"The most ghetto apartment complex! Because it is income restricted, you will get residents who don’t care about how they live, as long as the rent is affordable. Firstly, I was told this was a pet free apartment, except an emotional support animal. So my neighbor has 3 poodles to emotionally support what? RIDICULOUS. Secondly, the garage door is always broken and folks from the Salvation Army across the street lay in there and walk through all the time which made me feel unsafe. Thirdly, the slam shut doors are broken because the ghetto residents pull and pull until the door won’t even slam shut. I rarely used my key fob to enter the building. Fourthly, anyone likes living with roaches? No? Then DON’T live here. They do have inspections often but it does not work. Complaining about the roaches was a waste of my time. Lastly, a neighbor stole my package which was left at my door, twice. Thank you lovely irritating noisy neighbors! Another thing, the elevators and hallways always stunk. They also just changed community directors; Diann left and I don’t blame her. Some tenants would disrespect her and had no regard for her as a person. The outside of the building is beautiful but it’s HORRIBLE inside. DON’T BE FOOLED!!!"
