"City View Apartment Homes has been my home for 12 years. I have enjoyed the fact that it is centrally located downtown and I have a view like no other. The Office staff members are very professional and engaging. I appreciate all that they do for me as a tenant."

"The good: - great value in the beginning… - solid location, a block away from Amway center and Exploria stadium. Went to many shows and pro soccer games within a painfully easy walk - excellent parking. Abundance and no hassle. - rooftop pool with darn good view. - great soundproofing internally. - cleaning staff great. The not so good: - 20% increase in rent during the stay - the great location meant occasional noise from the street which the soundproofing could not counter. - amenities deteriorated. They removed the theater and replaced with another lounge. In the end, left with essentially THREE reading rooms. - appliances functioned, but were quite dated. $50 monthly for 10 year old washer/dryers. Fridge and range had to be replaced and when they died, were swapped out with old stock. - property underwent a management change in 2022 with notice literally a week in advance. Chaos ensued with automatic online payments disrupted, communication mishaps and inconsistency. - pool was shut down for 3 months during SUMMERTIME. Did not get to enjoy the pool from may to august 2023, which was heartbreakingly disappointing. - no heating during winter. Not like ever really needed, but a few times during the calendar year would have been nice. - seems 70% of the residents did not seem to take pride in their community. So many never placed trash down the chute; left garbage on the floors by entrances and in the parking lot. Was embarrassed when i had guests. - elevators became hit and miss after new management took over. NOTE: This is a hybrid HUD property. The application process was unusually inconvenient. Resident profile is quite diverse. Overall, I enjoyed my time here over the 3 year lease, despite the various issues."

"The customer service was exceptional, as they kept me updated throughout the entire process. If I have a question Gladys P. responded promptly and professionally, she truly cares about the needs for everybody. Ms. Gladys have the capacity for be in other position. Always make the people feel like a family, always smiling and educated the customer about what’s new in City View apartment. Ms. Gladys speaks so well about the housing complex and the changes that are coming that she finally convinced me to rent it and recommend it to family and friends. #thebest"
